Along with my uncle’s long-awaited promotion, he was going to be transferred to a new branch office at Toronto.  And being a bachelor, moving there wasn’t quite a big deal. Hey! With only himself to think about, why not have a change in environment, and with a big salary that came with his promotion, letting a great opportunity like that pass is simply an example of bad judgment!

As preparation to his great move to Toronto, the first thing he had to do was look for a bachelor’s pad, a condo unit to live at! And with a wide selection of Toronto Condominiums, boy, was my uncle having a hard time! Every condo unit he sees is perfect! He just can’t decide among the Toronto Condos! This was the time he decided to get a professional and expert opinion from a real estate agent! And sure enough! The real estate agent looked into details that he did not even think about! Such details were so basic, but crucial! Such as electric fixtures, plumbing, and heating, and of course pricing!  After talking to the real estate agent, my uncle finally decided which condo unit was best suited for him!
