Having a business requires great management. One factor that makes a business succeed is the coordination of all employees. All the goals should be set and planned. It’s all about organization. I have a friend who is a businessman and he always see to it that he maintains communication between all employees and him. He always conducts conferences but conducting frequent conferences means a lot of expenses to his company. He was thinking of a way of keeping communications in his company without spending much of the company’s budget.

He had a conference with his employees two days ago and one of his employees suggested a way of having conferences without spending much of their budget. His employee told him about video conferencing . A new technology of having conferences. A brilliant suggestion from his employee that can save their budget and also their time for optimizing his business communications environment. He now let the employee who suggested that to look for the services that will help them provide video conferencing solutions. My friend is really excited to have that new technology on having conferences on his business.

Financial capital or funds are essential resources to the entrepreneur. These are the lifeblood of the  enterprise. The entrepreneur needs money in starting his business. He also needs money for the development and growth of his business. In many cases, small entrepreneurs have, inadequate capital.

Thus, it Is important for them to be able to identify the sources of funds However, far more Important is the ability to manage funds. There is a basic need to plan and control financial resources. Without such ability, the enterprise is most likely to fail Not a few businessmen failed simply because they have nc competence in budgeting their financial resources relative to their business objectives. When they have the money, they do not know how to ‘use and -control it.
