Presentation of subject matter on the internet is still mostly in printed form. This is a waste of the capabilities of a computer and the internet itself. Subject matter like news for instance require lengthy reading while a TV newscast is passive effortwise and can even be interesting. However, a TV newscast is non-interactive and the viewer has not control over it. However, these same newscasts can be featured in a completely interactive website. Note that this is not the same as a watch on demand presentations which just re-airs the whole non-interactive newscast over the internet. Rather the individual snippets of news reports, even from across several news stations and organizations can be arranged by topic.

Thus, an interested person, say on the flooding in China, can follow a news video report thread of several linked news reports dealing with only the flooding. Production is probably comparable to a regular TV newscast. Costs can be covered by embedded video advertising between reports. The only requirement is a group of web programmers that collect and attach the video on the website. A Toronto Website Design company can make the web shell and a Toronto Web Design team can be hired to constantly create the news threads much like TV station crew.
