Different Use Require Different Flooring

Different flooring types have different maintenance requirements. Wood floors like Oak Laminate flooring require frequent rough polishing to remove embedded dirt and later re-waxing. These are necessary processes to protect and preserve the floor. Thus, wood flooring is seldom placed in high traffic areas, like foyers and living rooms which receive frequent visitors. They bring in the dirt and causes most of spillages. Some other areas, specially areas exposed to the elements, are also bad locations for wood floors. However, there are expensive weather resistant options.

Porcelain is typically made by molding white clay into the required shape and painting in the design before coating with raw opaque glaze.
