Organize a women’s group for a successful weight loss program
People who want to lose weight can consider either the P90X Workout, the Slim in 6 or the 10 Minute Trainer program available online.
All programs for weight loss must lose fat but simultaneously develop lean muscles whether it is for the stomach, the thighs, hips or any part of the body. Each plan must be fun and easy and in short lapses. Doctors say the shortest time for exercise is 15 minutes daily but with time a 30 minute plan with the right moves is a good start up. As soon as stamina is acquired any exercise agenda can be supplemented with either the P90X Workout, the Slim in 6 or the 10 Minute Trainer program.
Our community gym uses the Slim in 6 because the series of DVDs offer a step-by-step program that are easy, simple and full of fun. It also comes with the tracking tools like a Nutrition Guide, a workout calendar, a tape measure and free online support.
